The Employee Mobility Institute (TEMi) and Quest Apartment Hotels (a member of The Ascott Limited) have announced the finalists of the 2025 Quest TEMi Australasian Workforce Management Awards, celebrating innovation, leadership, and outstanding service delivery in workforce mobility.
TEMi Founder Deborah de Cerff said the competition was strong this year, with every entry reflecting dedication to driving workforce management forward.
“We are at a turning point in workforce mobility – champions aren’t just keeping pace with change, they’re shaping what comes next,” Ms de Cerff said.
“The 2025 award entries showcase a sector that is people-first, innovation-driven, collaborative, strategically impactful, and values-led.”
Launched by TEMi in Australia as the first locally produced awards program for the talent mobility industry seven years ago, the program now sees involvement from hundreds of local and multinational organisations each year and is an opportunity for professionals from across the APAC region to be recognised for their exceptional work. One such organisation is Quest Apartment Hotels, returning as naming rights partner of the awards for a second year.
“Quest is proud to stand alongside TEMi celebrating these exceptional individuals and organisations,” Managing Director of The Ascott Limited, Australasia, David Mansfield said.
“At Quest, delivering an effortless experience for our corporate guests remains a top priority — a commitment shared by our colleagues in the talent mobility sector, who support relocating professionals every day. It’s a privilege to partner with an industry so vital to the success of global business, and to acknowledge the dedication that makes corporate travel truly seamless.”
The 2025 program is also supported by Grace Corporate Services.
