  • Practical, non-promotional, ANZ-relevant. Every session ends with clear next steps.
  • Interactive, not passive: Demos should invite participation, not observation.
  • No hard sell: Focus on problem-solving and exploration, not pricing or procurement.
  • Equal access: All demos must be open to any delegate — no closed sessions.
  • Time discipline: Demo sessions must respect scheduled time to ensure fairness across exhibitors.

For In-house Mobility Practitioners

HR, Mobility and International TA practitioners working inside organisations across APAC. Seniority isn’t a barrier — we value clear, practical stories with measurable outcomes.

Real case studies: the challenge, your approach, the outcome, and one practical tool (e.g., draft wording, checklist, workflow) others can adapt.

  • Policy Sprint (xx mins): walk peers through your approach; co-create draft wording.
  • Interactive Roundtable (xx mins): 5–7 min story, then facilitated discussion.
  • Peer Lab (3xx mins): small-group problem-solving around a live challenge.

Specificity (numbers, decisions, pitfalls), a clearly reusable artefact (policy wording, checklist), and alignment to Growth (policy, compliance, finance, change/project delivery, tech/process, team capability).

Senior HR, Mobility, International TA, Finance and Compliance leaders from mid-to-large organisations across ANZ.

Proposals are reviewed on a rolling basis. Shortlisted speakers are usually contacted within 2–3 weeks.

A short curation call, a session outline template, on-site facilitation support, and professional photography you can reuse internally.

Travel is self-funded by the speaker’s organisation.

Click Submit a session idea and share 2–3 sentences (challenge → approach → outcome). No slides required.
