Jenny is a well-rounded global mobility expert with over 20 years’ experience spanning global mobility, international tax, employment tax, international payroll, and immigration.
She works as the Principal, Reward & Global Mobility for South32 responsible for the Global Mobility function from a strategic, governance and operational perspective.
Jenny is significantly involved in the direction of the mobility space through being a member of the TEMi DE&I project team, a Benivo Changemaker, a GMJ Ambassador, as well as presenting at a number of conferences and events.
