Jodi is a driven Global Mobility Leader with over 20 years’ experience in Global Mobility, Remuneration and Benefits, and Employment taxes, covering both in-house and consultancy roles.
Jodi currently leads the Global Mobility function at Treasury Wine Estates, a leading wine company with over 12,000 hectares of vineyards and 3,400 employees worldwide. In her current role, she provides strategic and operational support to Treasury Wine Estates and its international assignees across the globe with a vision to create a clear and simple approach to relocating employees where they are needed, thereby developing talent globally whilst also driving successful business outcomes. Jodi draws on her extensive experience working with a diverse range of clients in Big 4 consulting firms to design, develop and implement international and domestic mobility solutions, spanning policy, process, operations and technology. She has a unique understanding of the end-to-end mobility lifecycle.
Jodi has a strong background in international personal tax, global payroll and employment taxes, as well as remuneration and benefits. She has also acquired multiple skills in stakeholder engagement, project management and human resources. Jodi is passionate about Inclusion and Diversity, and Health and Wellbeing, having spent time on the Institute of Chartered Accountant’s Diversity Advisory Panel and Treasury’s Health and Wellbeing committee.
