Matt manages the global mobility team at Woolworths Group with the responsibility for the delivery of domestic and global mobility support across Australia and New Zealand. As a keen advocate for the strategic value mobility can bring, Matt is focussed on transforming the mobility function to deliver data driven insights using technology, collaborating across all functions of the People team to balance compliance with employee experience.
Matt started his global mobility career at EY in London before relocating to the EY PAS practice in Sydney. Throughout his time at EY Matt supported a range of clients with complex cross border tax and wider global mobility challenges and initiatives before moving into his current role with Woolworths.
