Hello, my name is Rob. I am a National Account Manager at Quest Apartments / Ascott Australia. I moved to Australia from the UK 20 years ago, so I know exactly how it feels to relocate and build a life again in a new country.
I have over 30 years of experience in the Travel Industry. For my first 15 years in Australia, I worked for a Travel Management company. During the pandemic, when everything changed in the industry, I had the opportunity to join Quest Apartment Hotels and worked in a couple of our properties in a Corporate Account relationship role. This provided me with a great understanding of what it’s like to be involved in the day-to-day operations of a serviced apartment style property and what you need to do to make a relocation guest feel welcome and start their integration into their new community and surroundings. For the past two years I have been a National Account Manager at Quest/Ascott Australia based in our Melbourne Headquarters.
I manage a diverse range of industries within my portfolio. My companies include Consultancy firms, Healthcare, Finance and Insurance. I take great pride in keeping all stakeholders happy by providing the best possible outcome for all concerned and negotiating highly competitive extended stay rates and superior accommodation for my client base.
