Sheena Dacula is the Digital Experience Manager at TEMi, responsible for managing and supporting the organisation’s digital platforms, website updates, event registration systems, and automation workflows. She works across a range of technical and operational areas to help ensure a smooth digital experience for both internal teams and external attendees.
Her role includes maintaining and updating website content, managing virtual event registration processes, configuring email automations and integrations, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting platform functionality across various systems used by TEMi. She also assists with digital campaign implementation, reporting, and online engagement initiatives to support the organisation’s events and programs.
In addition to technical and website-related responsibilities, Sheena provides day-to-day support for technical queries and requests, helping team members and stakeholders resolve platform, registration, and system-related concerns efficiently. She works closely with the broader team to improve workflows, streamline digital processes, and enhance the overall user experience across TEMi’s online platforms.
