Anne-Marie Barrow, Mobility Specialist, Whitehaven Coal As the Mobility and Social Media Specialist for Whitehaven Coal, Ree brings over 20 years of experience from state and federal government departments, mining and small business. She is responsible for the mobility framework and policies for Whitehaven Coal, which includes pre and post-settlement activities for its international cohort. She also supports the Recruitment Business Partner, Hiring Managers, the overall business and the families of the international. Anne-Marie won TEMi’s 2024 Emerging Talent in Mobility Excellence Award, has won awards for her work in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, holds committee positions with North West WIMNet, NAWO, Gunnedah Chamber of Commerce, and was recently appointed as a Regional Community Network Advisor for Multiculturalism NSW. |

Ashley Croxford, Global Mobility Manager, University of Queensland Ashley is an accomplished Global Mobility Manager with more than 17 years of extensive experience spanning professional services, engineering, construction, mining, information technology, and higher education. Ashley excels in designing and implementing global mobility and HR initiatives that align with strategic business objectives, with expertise including driving change and ensuring organisational stability in complex and challenging environments. Ashley is a returning TEMi Taskforce member, and also holds roles as Board member of the APAC Forum for Expatriate Management (FEM) group, from 2012, Member of Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI) and Global Mobility Journey (GMJ) Ambassador. |

Astrid Vaughan-Hofstee, Global Mobility Specialist, Woolworths Group Astrid is a driven global mobility specialist with over 15 years of mobility experience covering both in-house and consultancy global mobility roles. Astrid started her Global Mobility career in the Royal Dutch Navy and chose to continue this mobility career path at KPMG & EY in the Netherlands. In Hong Kong, placed in house at Goldman Sachs by Cartus relocations, Astrid oversaw the onsite team as well as managed parts of the Goldman Sachs APAC mobility programs, working closely together with the US and Europe counterparts. In Melbourne, Astrid has worked in Global Mobility roles at EY and Swinburne University, before joining Woolworths Group last year. Astrid has been an active member of the TEMi community for many years, is a returning TEMi Taksforce member and a TEMi Award Winner. |

Danielle Patel, Mobility Lead, Incitec Pivot Danielle is the Mobility Lead for Incitec Pivot Limited’s APAC operations, where she oversees the region’s mobility processes with a strategic focus on optimising global and domestic employee movement. With over a decade of experience in HR, and qualifications including a GMP1® and HR Diploma, she brings a deep understanding of the complexities involved in global mobility. Her hands-on experience and comprehensive knowledge enable her to navigate the challenges of managing talent across diverse geographies. Danielle is dedicated to creating seamless mobility experiences that align with business objectives, making her a key contributor to the success of Incitec Pivot’s workforce strategy. |

Esther Atalla, Global Mobility Manager, Atlassian Esther has worked in Global Mobility for Atlassian for almost 4 years and is GMP1®-qualified, with prior experience working as an immigration lawyer for KPMG, providing immigration support for large Australian and multinational corporate clients. Esther has a keen interest in supporting internal stakeholders with immigration, relocation, and tax matters. Together with the other Atlassian support teams, she drives policy and procedure improvements to benefit new hires and existing employees. Esther is a TEMi Award Winner and returning TEMi Taskforce member. |

Jodi Schmerl, Global Mobility Manager, Treasury Wine Estates Jodi is a driven Global Mobility Leader with over 20 years’ experience in Global Mobility, Remuneration and Benefits, and Employment taxes, covering both in-house and consultancy roles. Jodi provides strategic and operational support to Treasury Wine Estates and its international assignees across the globe, with a vision to create a clear and simple approach to relocating employees where they are needed, thereby developing talent globally whilst also driving successful business outcomes. Jodi draws on her extensive experience working with a diverse range of clients in Big 4 consulting firms to design, develop and implement international and domestic mobility solutions, spanning policy, process, operations and technology. |

Marie Castañeda, Lead Global Mobility Operations, BHP As a human resources professional specialising in global mobility, Marie has more than 10 years of solid experience in HR and people management. She is a certified Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) and Global Mobility Professional (GMP1®) with strong stakeholder management capabilities and established leadership of diverse leaders and teams located in various countries. Marie is focused on improving the employee experience in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, especially for gender diversity, cultural diversity, racial diversity and non-traditional families. |

Monique Dawson, Director of People Advisory Services, EY Monique has played an important role on the TEMi Taskforce for many years, holding additional roles on project teams and chairing the TEMi Awards Judging Panel. Monique is a Director in EY’s People Advisory Services practice and leads the APAC Assignment Services and Mobility Transformation Team. Monique has over 15 years of assignment management experience, including end-to-end coordination of international and domestic relocation across a wide variety and size of programs, coupled with first hand experience as both an international and domestic expatriates. Working with clients to enable a best practice and innovative mobility experiences, for assignees and business stakeholders, Monique advises and supports organisations, across Asia Pacific and internationally, to develop fit for purpose mobility strategies, policies and processes enabled by technology and clearly defined operating models. |
