The Employee Mobility Institute (TEMi) and Quest Apartment Hotels have announced the winners of the 2025 Quest TEMi Australasian Workforce Management Awards, celebrating innovation, leadership, and outstanding service delivery in workforce mobility.
TEMi Founder Deborah de Cerff said one theme rose above all others throughout the winning entries: people.
“It is clear that the successful practitioners, service providers and teams are putting people first — not as passengers in the process, but at the very centre of strategy and decision-making,” Ms de Cerff said.
“Innovation also stood out. By making the most of the current technologies available, not to replace the human element, but to amplify it, practitioners can focus on care, connection and impact.”
“Collaboration was another winning quality — and it is proving to be the catalyst for lasting change. It is evident the strongest outcomes are achieved when individuals, teams and partners work together, break down silos and co-create solutions.”
Quest Apartment Hotels (a member of The Ascott Limited) returned as naming rights partner of the awards again in 2025.
Managing Director of The Ascott Limited, Australasia, David Mansfield, congratulated all the winners and said Quest was proud to stand alongside TEMi again to deliver such a valuable program, showcasing the work of exceptional individuals and organisations.
“At Quest, we go further to create the moments that matter for our corporate guests and that’s exactly what The Employee Mobility Institute and the global mobility industry does every day. Tonight’s winners and nominees remind us that behind every relocation is a story of care, connection, and collaboration. It’s a privilege to partner with an industry so vital to the success of global business, and to acknowledge the dedication that makes corporate travel truly seamless,” said David Mansfield.
The awards program is also supported by Grace Corporate Services.
