TEMi is pleased to share a professional development opportunity for Melbourne-based members and colleagues seeking to strengthen their preventative wellbeing and resilience capabilities. Long-time TEMi member and resilience specialist, Wendy Jenkins OAM, will be delivering her first public Resilience First Aid (RFA) Certification workshop in February 2026, after many years of facilitating this program within organisations.
This two-day, in-person program is practical, evidence-based, and recognised under the Australian Government’s Suicide Prevention Framework.
It is particularly valuable for mobility, HR, leadership and operations professionals working with employees navigating global relocations, high-change environments or complex cross-border assignments. These transitions often involve emotional strain, uncertainty and identity disruption; RFA provides the tools to recognise early signs, build protective skills and create psychologically safer, more resilient workplaces.
Participants receive:
- 3-year Resilience First Aid Certification
- Personalised pre and post resilience reports
- Physical RFA Responder Kit and Workbook
- 12 months access to the accredited Driven Resilience App
- 14 CPD hours (upon completion)
- Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea provided both days
