TEMi Masterclass: Decision making under pressure

An immersive masterclass exploring crisis judgement, human factors, situational awareness, and organisational decision making in complex talent mobility and global workforce environments.

As part of TEMi’s commitment to advancing strategic capability across the mobility profession, we are pleased to partner with International SOS to deliver this immersive masterclass designed for experienced mobility, HR, travel risk, and global workforce leaders.

Intentionally curated as a small-cohort learning experience, participation is limited to 16 attendees to encourage meaningful peer engagement, practical collaboration, and immersive participation.

Combining strategic insight with practical application, participants will work through real-world situations and explore how decisions are made under pressure, particularly in fast-moving, complex environments.

TEMi Talent Members receive complimentary access. Non-members are welcome to register.

 You will walk away with:

  • A better understanding of the real challenges involved in coordinating people and responses during a crisis
  • Practical insights, real-world lessons, and actionable strategies to strengthen preparedness and organisational response capability
  • Strengthened capability to identify simple, practical opportunities to improve readiness, co-ordination and decision making under pressure.
