Jackson Taylor

Co-Founder & CEO

Jackson is Managing Partner at Roam Migration Law and a recognised specialist in Australian immigration law, with more than 15 years’ experience advising organisations on employer-sponsored visa matters. Since commencing his career in immigration in 2008, Jackson has worked with Fortune 500 and ASX-listed organisations, as well as start-ups and boutique SMEs, supporting workforce mobility across a broad range of industries.

His practice focuses on employer-sponsored visas, corporate immigration compliance and policy reform, with a strong interest in the intersection of immigration and employment law. Jackson is particularly engaged in understanding how government policy shapes the workplace experience of temporary migrants and how evidence-based reform can deliver better outcomes for both employers and skilled migrants.

Jackson is a regular presenter at national and international conferences on Australian immigration law and policy, has previously lectured in immigration law at the Australian Catholic University, and is frequently cited in the media on immigration issues.

In addition to his legal practice, Jackson is Co-Founder and CEO of Complize, a RegTech platform delivering end-to-end immigration compliance solutions for organisations employing temporary visa holders in Australia.
