Nicky Brophy is an experienced HR and International Mobility Specialist with 23 years’ experience in General HR, Recruitment and International Mobility. Currently, working as a Global Mobility Specialist with BAE Systems supporting the business with in-depth knowledge for expatriates and the business alike. Previously, leading the Mobility Program for Ericsson across 16 countries throughout Southeast Asia, Oceania and India.
