Rachel Daly (Hocking) brings over 20 years’ experience in the Global Mobility sector having held positions at Sirva Relocation and currently working for Telstra Corporation within the Reward, Performance and Global Mobility area.
During this time, Rachel has seen quiet a lot of change within the industry from working on policies that apply the traditional home build up approach with full expatriate benefits to the adoption of more flexible global approaches in moving talent across the globe.
Rachel has had extensive experience with the implementation, management, and coordination of global mobility programmes from small to large programs through to new starts up in developing countries and the implementation of new Global Mobility IT systems. More recently Rachel has been focused on developing Global Mobility flexible work policies and processes that enable Telstra Group employee’s do their current home location role from a different country.
