Develop articles and other content

Did you or your team do something worth crowing about? Got opinions, tips, or predictions? Consider writing an article for publication on TEMiTalent’s blog and via our e-news. Or perhaps you’ve got a helpful publication or resource (or an idea for one) that you’d be willing to make available via our website. 

Put your hand up to mentor less experienced members

Mentoring is a powerful development tool for both mentors and mentees because it encourages self-reflection and accountability. If you have experience and availability, consider becoming a mentor so we can connect you to members seeking one-on-one guidance.  

Just want to help out wherever help is needed?

Make yourself available as a speaker/trainer

In addition to our networking and training programs, we hold ad hoc events such as webinars. We’re keen to hear from members willing to present on their area of expertise, or talk about a great case study, or provide skills-based training where relevant.

Express interest in being a TEMi Awards judge

Our annual awards program recognises and celebrates best practice within our industry—so we need leading practitioners from across Australasia to evaluate submissions. It’s not an easy task, but it is rewarding: please reach out if you’re interested.

Apply to join the TEMi Talent Taskforce

Want to take an active role in shaping the initiatives that TEMi Talent pursues? Happy to be called on regularly to support via various mentoring, training, event and marketing activities? Taskforce membership is ideal for experienced and expert practitioners that want to give back to our community though more formal volunteering. Taskforce members represent TEMi Talent and are asked to commit to a code of behaviour.
