Nominations have opened for the annual Australasian Workforce Management Awards.

The 2024 Quest TEMi Australasian Workforce Management Awards are now open for nominations recognising excellence in global workforce management and supporting industries.

Practitioners including those in disciplines such as HR, talent mobility, talent acquisition, international sourcing, employee engagement, wellbeing, health & safety, immigration, relocation, corporate housing, tax and remuneration, can apply at www.temiawards.com.au.

Now in its sixth year, the awards program offers a platform to showcase best practice and innovative approaches to workforce management, share achievements, and acknowledge outstanding service delivery.

Winners will be announced at an Awards Ceremony Gala at the Shangri-La Hotel in Sydney in November, sponsored by Quest Apartment Hotels (a member of The Ascott Limited) supported by Cigna Healthcare and Grace Corporate Services.

TEMi Founder Deborah de Cerff said entries were encouraged from practitioners from all sectors.

“You can apply for yourself, nominate your team or a service provider – and there are award categories for practitioners at all levels,” Ms de Cerff said.

“Over the years we’ve seen participation in this awards program from small businesses to some of the region’s most prominent brands – from Accenture and Deloitte to Commonwealth Bank and Westpac, Adobe and Canva, Coles and Woolworths, BHP and Fortescue, Curtin University and Monash University, Coca Cola and Unilever.”

Quest has presented TEMi’s Australasian Workforce Management Awards for the past four years. This year, Quest renewed its partnership with TEMi, committing to sponsoring the valuable awards program until 2030, to ensure workforce management professionals continue to be acknowledged for their valued contributions to organisational success.

Ascott Australia’s Managing Director, David Mansfield, said Quest was proud to support TEMi and the newly titled ‘Quest TEMi Australasian Workforce Management Awards’ Program, in 2024 and beyond.

“Going further to deliver a stress-free and welcoming experience for all our corporate clients and guests is a key commitment from Quest business owners and a sentiment we share with our counterparts in the talent mobility sector managing assignees. We’re proud to work together to make corporate stays effortless and delighted to show our thanks and celebrate professional excellence in this increasingly important sector.”
