TEMI Awards judging panel.
If you’re looking for ways to lift your professional profile in the global talent mobility industry, while supporting your colleagues and increasing recognition for the impact mobility has on organisational success, this is your opportunity.
The TEMI Awards provide a local platform for the industry to come together, recognise and acknowledge the significant achievements made, and innovative solutions implemented, throughout the year. As the only awards program dedicated to recognising talent mobility professionals across Australasia, the TEMI Awards showcase excellence in the industry, with recognition for individuals, teams and initiatives.
The program is open to a wide range of disciplines relating to talent mobility, including HR, remuneration, talent management, diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, mobility, relocation, taxation, immigration and corporate travel or housing. In 2020 a total of 138 people from 70 organisations registered to attend the virtual event, ‘zooming in’ from Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Manila, Hong Kong and Auckland. Companies represented at the event included McConnell Dowell, Iluka Resources, Woolworths, CSL, Mitsui & Co, Beca, BHP, Arup, NAB, Jacobs, Ericsson, Hitachi ABB, Monash University, Saputo, Qantas, Monadelphous, Atlassian, Inpex, Aurecon, Exxon Mobile and more. The virtual TEMI Awards Ceremony was presented by TEMI, with keynote speaker Mr Peter Verwer AO, the Prime Minister’s Special Envoy for Global Business and Talent Attraction.
The judging panel is promoted each year via TEMI marketing and communications channels, including the TEMI website, enewsletter and social media platforms, as well as via external media outlets. Special mention of the panel is also made in the TEMI Awards Ceremony program, as well as at the event itself. The panel gathers in October to review submissions and select the winning entrants.
If you work in the industry, or service the industry, you are eligible to join. Becoming a TEMI Awards judge is a great way to give back to your community.
