Experts from some of the world’s most recognised employers will assess submissions for this year’s Quest TEMi Australasian Workforce Management Awards.
The 2026 judging panel, revealed today, includes:

The Quest TEMi Australasian Workforce Management Awards recognise excellence across workforce mobility, international HR, talent strategy, employee experience, workforce planning and the organisations and professional service providers that enable businesses to attract, move, develop and retain talent across Australasia.
The judging panel will independently assess submissions from organisations, teams and individuals.
TEMi Founder and CEO Deborah de Cerff said the independent judging panel played a critical role in maintaining the integrity and prestige of the awards program, which sees each submission assessed under a comprehensive governance framework.
“Our judges are highly respected leaders drawn from organisations at the forefront of workforce management. Their experience, independence and professional judgement are fundamental to ensuring every submission is assessed fairly, consistently and to the highest professional standards,” Ms de Cerff said.
“The Awards continue to evolve alongside our profession. We encourage organisations of all sizes, along with individuals and teams and the many specialist services that support employers, to share their achievements and the impact they are making.”
