Melinda has over 11 years of mobility experience and was recently appointed as the Mobility Senior Advisor at the Endeavour Group. Melinda is responsible for developing and leading the Endeavour Group’s domestic and international mobility function.
Prior to this, Melinda was a Manager in the EY People Advisory Services Team, specialising in the end to end administration of client’s global mobility programs for domestic and international relocations in a variety of industries. Melinda also managed the strategic optimisation of client’s global mobility frameworks, including policy and process development to support client’s broader business and talent objectives.
Melinda studied at the University of Sydney, and has obtained a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences and Masters of Commerce. She continues her relationship with the University of Sydney Business School, taking part in their student mentoring program. She is also passionate about art and design and enjoys using her creativity to bring unique solutions to her work.
