Leading the Melbourne Assignment Services practice, Monique specialises in global mobility program administration and program development and design. In her experience working across APAC and the United States, Monique works with companies of varying sizes to lead the administration of their end to end domestic and international programs and to design custom mobility solutions which align to each unique strategy.
Monique is passionate about innovating how mobility is done across the globe, and is excited to work with organisations to develop new and creative solutions which address the challenges associated with a changing global workforce, especially as they relate to the employee experience, changing workforce demographics and the future of work.
Monique volunteers her time to serve on the TEMI Industry Development Taskforce.
