The Employee Mobility Institute (TEMi), the industry body representing the talent mobility sector, announced the launch of a new AI-powered solution designed to support remote work policy and risk decisions across organisations today.
From this month, organisations, advisers and workforce solution providers across Australia and New Zealand will be able to use PolicyPilot©, an AI-enabled platform, developed by Bazl and designed specifically for talent mobility.
As flexible and remote work arrangements continue to expand, organisations are under increasing pressure to respond quickly to workforce and business needs while managing complex regulatory, tax and risk considerations.
The platform supports the development and benchmarking of remote work policies, and enables immediate, real-time access to risk analysis reports for employees requesting flexible work arrangements globally.
Organisations of all sizes can now access on-demand, cost effective insights to support remote work decisions, enabling organisations and practitioners to respond quickly to business needs while navigating complex compliance considerations with confidence.
PolicyPilot© is available exclusively via TEMi in Australia and New Zealand.
TEMi Founder Deborah de Cerff said TEMi was proud to introduce a dedicated remote work AI solution to the market via the partnership with Bazl.
“Through our partnership with Bazl, we are introducing a practical, purpose-built solution in response to a clear need across HR, talent, operations, workforce solution providers and broader business functions,” Ms de Cerff said.
“This collaboration brings together industry demand with Bazl technology to support more informed decision-making.”
“PolicyPilot© supports practitioners in navigating evolving regulations, risks and tax considerations associated with flexible work — accelerating policy development and employee risk assessments, while supporting compliant, confident and well-informed decisions in complex scenarios, and strengthening in-house capability.”
“The technology has the potential to increase productivity, improve efficiency and reduce costs for organisations of all sizes, while maintaining a high standard of compliance and rigour.”
Bazl Founder Chris Fogarty said privacy and security were critical features of PolicyPilot©, which was created with robust organisational AI policies in mind.
“All data is encrypted using TLS in transit and AES-256 at rest — consistent with industry-standard security practices and GDPR requirements,” Mr Fogarty said.
“With strict data isolation, each organisation’s data is logically separated at the database level, so no other user or organisation on the platform can ever access another’s content, policies, or employee assessments.”
“PolicyPilot© also uses commercially licensed AI models, so user data is never used to retrain or fine-tune the platform either — private content uploaded or submitted always stays private.”
“With decades of remote work expertise, Bazl is proud to provide an AI-enabled solution that delivers knowledge into the hands of those who need it most, more securely, safely and swiftly than ever before.”
For a limited time, TEMi Members can access PolicyPilot© free as part of their membership experience.
TEMi membership also provides access to webinars, roundtables and networking events, along with opportunities to connect, learn and stay informed on emerging trends in workforce mobility and flexible work.
