Celebrating innovation, impact and people
The finalists in the running for the 2026 Quest TEMi Australasian Workforce Management Awards have been announced, recognising outstanding individuals, best-practice programs, innovative approaches and exceptional service delivery across the global workforce management profession.
This year’s finalists include emerging talent, specialist teams, service providers and strategic partnerships delivering measurable outcomes for their organisations and the people they support.
The Employee Mobility Institute (TEMi) Founder Deborah de Cerff said this year’s entries showcased evolution in a profession increasingly connected to broader organisational priorities, including talent acquisition, retention, business growth, employee experience and international expansion.
“The 2026 award entries highlighted the many ways the profession is changing — from the use of technology and automation to improve processes, through to innovative approaches to talent attraction, international recruitment, employee experience, family support, compliance and workforce transformation,” Ms de Cerff said.
“The 2026 finalists demonstrated the creativity, collaboration and strategic thinking required to respond to changing workforce needs.
“They also demonstrated the importance of collaboration, with many initiatives bringing together HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Payroll, Tax, Legal, Technology teams and external partners, to create more connected and effective workforce solutions.”

Launched by TEMi in Australia as the first locally produced awards program for global workforce management professionals eight years ago, the program now sees involvement from hundreds of local and multinational organisations each year and is an opportunity for professionals, teams and organisations from across the APAC region to be recognised for their exceptional work.
Quest Apartment Hotels (a member of The Ascott Limited), Australasia’s leading serviced apartment brand, has played an instrumental role in expanding the program since becoming naming rights partner in 2024.
Managing Director of The Ascott Limited, Australasia, David Mansfield said, “Relocation is ultimately about people, and this year’s nominees represent the very best of an industry committed to making those transitions as seamless and positive as possible.
“Quest has worked alongside the corporate and relocation sector for decades, so we understand the expertise and care required to deliver an exceptional mobility experience. We’re proud to partner with TEMi to recognise that contribution and congratulate all of this year’s nominees.”
The awards program is also proudly supported by Grace Corporate Services and Sirva.
The 2026 winners will be revealed on Friday, 6 November 2026, at the Shangri-La Sydney.
