Mercer Australia has partnered with The Employee Mobility Institute (TEMi) to increase its support for talent mobility professionals in the Australasian market.

Mercer has approximately 25,000 employees and the firm operates in 130 countries. The organisation is a former TEMi Service Provider Partnership of the Year Award winner and a trusted advisor to the talent mobility industry, delivering consulting services, industry events, data and digital solutions to streamline and improve the administration of assignee moves.

Karla Costa, Mercer’s Global Mobility Leader for Australia and New Zealand, is also a member of TEMi’s Expert Mentor Panel.

Redefining the world of work is at the heart of what Mercer does and partnering with the region’s workforce management training body enables them to share our knowledge and expertise more widely.

TEMi Founder Deborah de Cerff said the new relationship would see TEMi members benefit from improved access to the latest global research, technology and expert guidance to support their work.

“As the industry’s professional development body, we are uniquely positioned to act as a conduit for strengthening industry ties, fostering connections and facilitating collaboration, knowledge sharing and innovation. Our strategic partnerships support these auxiliary services and play an important role in extending the professional development opportunities available to our community,” said Ms de Cerff.

“We are thrilled to welcome Mercer Australia to the TEMi Partner Panel.”
