The Employee Mobility Institute (TEMi) is delighted to announce a renewed partnership with Mercer Australia.

Mercer is a former TEMi Service Provider Partnership of the Year Award winner and a trusted advisor to the talent mobility industry, delivering consulting services, industry events, data and digital solutions to streamline and improve the administration of assignee moves.

Karla Costa, Mercer’s Global Mobility Leader for Australia and New Zealand, is also a member of TEMi’s Expert Mentor Panel.

Redefining the world of work is at the heart of what Mercer does and partnering with the region’s workforce management training body enables them to share their knowledge and expertise more widely.

“We are incredibly proud to partner with the Mercer team, who are recognised globally as industry leaders, to help inform and support the TEMi community,” TEMi Founder Deborah de Cerff said.

Through the partnership, TEMi members will benefit from improved access to the latest global research and technology, and expert guidance to support their work.

The partnership will also support the delivery of new professional development programs for global talent mobility practitioners.
