TEMi’s Australasian Workforce Management Awards nominations are now open for entries.

Practicing talent mobility professionals as well as the companies which service them can apply at www.temiawards.com.au, including those in disciplines such as talent mobility, recruitment, talent and travel management, relocation, employer of records, employee engagement and wellbeing, employee health & safety, remuneration, immigration, taxation and corporate housing.

Now in its fourth year, the awards program is the only one of its kind, dedicated to talent mobility professionals in Australasia, and has been applauded by global multinationals, ASX-listed companies and small business alike for providing a platform to showcase and share industry successes, best practice programs, outstanding service delivery and innovative approaches to workforce management.

The program is presented in partnership with Quest Apartment Hotels (a member of The Ascott Ltd), with support from Cigna and Grace Mobility, and culminates in a ceremony at the Victorian Arts Centre’s iconic Spire on Thursday 16 November.

TEMi Founder Deborah de Cerff says the anticipation has been building for entries to open, with the industry evolving at such a rapid pace and so much exciting new work to share.

“We expect this year’s awards program will unveil many innovative new programs, policies and initiatives now in the implementation phase post-pandemic,” Ms de Cerff said.

“We are excited about the opportunity for knowledge sharing and cross-collaboration as the finalists and their projects are announced and encourage applications from businesses of all sizes. This platform provides an incredible opportunity to acknowledge industry accomplishments and inspire others, but also invariably sparks innovative new projects and partnerships – it’s a catalyst for industry advancement.”

Quest General Manager of Brand and ESG, Anthea Dimitrakopoulos, says Quest and its local business owners are incredibly proud to once again support Australasia’s talent mobility professionals through TEMi’s Australasian Workforce Management Awards Program.

“We are delighted to support the delivery of the program and wish all entrants the very best of luck”, said Anthea.
